The Process
Sharjah Research and Technology Innovation Park (SRTIP) initially required a tech copywriter to work on marketing materials such as press releases, media alerts, etc. We began by understanding the pain points and challenges of the park. They had so many stories and activities to talk about that knowing which one to publish and where had become overwhelming. With this in mind, we helped to ease the stress by mapping out a content plan.

This would streamline marketing efforts and ensure content was published through the correct channels—either SRTIP’s social media and site or the press. We delivered the content promptly with a watertight plan, demystifying some previous jargon with substantial and informative English copy.

From this initial copywriting retainer, we were drafted in to work in tandem with the web designers tasked with refreshing the SRTIP website. In addition to drafting impactful copy that took readers on a journey, we also applied our site know-how to help with the overall UX.

The Result
The original brief called for specialised English copywriting and little more. But once we were part of SRTIP, IrvineMedia shaped the content delivery process. This helped to identify the stories and posts that mattered most and saved valuable hours for the in-house team. It’s a legacy that they still use today. The website redesign and guiding copy has provided an uptick in business sign-ups too.
